Maintenance Executive

Key Responsibilities

Daily Maintenance & Inspection

• Conduct daily inspection of the complete Game Zone / Trampoline Park facility.
• Check trampolines, gaming equipment, flooring, furniture, lighting, electrical fittings, doors, washrooms, air-conditioning, and other facilities.
• Identify damaged, unsafe, or malfunctioning equipment and take immediate corrective action.
• Ensure all facilities are operational and ready before opening to customers.
• Maintain daily maintenance inspection records.

Preventive Maintenance

• Prepare and follow a preventive maintenance schedule.
• Ensure regular servicing and inspection of game equipment and critical systems.
• Monitor equipment condition and identify potential breakdowns.
• Maintain records of servicing, repairs, AMC, spare parts, and maintenance activities.

Breakdown & Repair Management

• Attend to breakdowns and maintenance complaints promptly.
• Coordinate with technicians, electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, equipment suppliers, and other service providers.
• Follow up until maintenance issues are completely resolved.
• Maintain essential spare parts and maintenance materials.
• Escalate major technical or safety issues to management.

Safety & Compliance

• Conduct regular safety inspections of play and activity areas.
• Immediately isolate damaged or unsafe equipment from customer use.
• Check emergency exits, fire-safety equipment, first-aid facilities, electrical systems, and other safety requirements.
• Maintain safety inspection and maintenance records.
• Support implementation of safety and emergency procedures.

Facility & Vendor Management

• Ensure the premises remain clean, safe, and operational.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and security teams where required.
• Monitor water supply, electrical systems, lighting, air-conditioning, washrooms, and common facilities.
• Coordinate with external maintenance and service vendors.
• Obtain quotations where required and verify completion of repair/service work.
• Maintain vendor records, AMC details, service reports, and invoices.

Qualification

• ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance, or related technical field preferred.
• Candidates with relevant facility-management experience may also be considered.

Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in facility management, maintenance, amusement parks, game zones, malls, hotels, gyms, entertainment centres, or similar environments.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
