Salary: Up to ₹3.00 LPA CTC

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day mechanical and electrical maintenance of power presses, lathe machines, drilling machines and other industrial equipment.
• Maintain high-speed pneumatic presses, including mechanical, electrical, electro-pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Handle maintenance of Special Purpose Machines (SPM).
• Monitor machine breakdowns and take necessary actions to minimize downtime.
• Prepare and maintain maintenance reports related to shutdown verification, predictive maintenance and periodic overhauling.
• Monitor and regularly update the critical spare parts inventory.
• Coordinate with external vendors for maintenance-related jobs and repair activities.
• Ensure smooth functioning of production machinery through preventive and corrective maintenance.

Required Skills & Competencies

• Practical knowledge of mechanical power press maintenance and its components.
• Good understanding of mechanical and electrical power press systems.
• Working knowledge of VFD, PLC, sensors and machine alarms.
• Knowledge of pneumatic, hydraulic and automation systems will be an added advantage.
• Must have good working knowledge of MS Excel.
• Ability to troubleshoot machine breakdowns and ensure minimum downtime.

Experience Required: 4–5 years in industrial maintenance, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
