Maintenance Executive / Maintenance Engineer

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee machinery, preventive maintenance, breakdown repairs, and factory facilities maintenance.
• Implement preventive maintenance programmes to minimise breakdowns and improve equipment reliability.
• Lead maintenance workers and coordinate maintenance projects.
• Monitor equipment calibration, spare parts inventory, fuel consumption, and energy usage.
• Ensure compliance with DOE, JKKP/DOSH, BOMBA, HSE, and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor scrubber systems, thermal oil heaters, scheduled waste management, and air emission testing.
• Coordinate annual JKKP/DOSH inspections and general building maintenance.
• Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Requirements

• Relevant qualifications in Mechanical, Electrical, or Maintenance Engineering.
• Experience in manufacturing plant maintenance is an advantage.
• Good troubleshooting, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Able to work independently and coordinate maintenance activities.
