Maintenance, Facility Technician

Pay: $18.00 per hour

Job description:

We are looking for a Maintenance worker to perform tasks such as repairs and maintenance. Being reliable with a keen eye for detail is the first step to getting this job. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as a team member. You must possess manual dexterity and physical stamina.

Responsibilities

• Perform cleaning activities such as maintaining the exterior of the buildings.
• Do garden/yard upkeep by collecting yard waste, and collecting trash etc.
• Conduct maintenance tasks such as replacing light bulbs, or minor painting.
• Report to the facilities or maintenance manager for issues.
• Very good communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-starter, able to complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver's License
• Reliable transortation.
