Job Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance and repair of industrial machinery and equipment.
• Identify and troubleshoot mechanical faults and machine breakdowns.
• Carry out preventive and corrective maintenance as per schedule.
• Repair, replace, and fit mechanical components such as bearings, shafts, belts, pulleys, gears, and couplings.
• Perform machine dismantling, assembly, alignment, and installation work.
• Assist in reducing machine downtime and ensuring smooth production operations.
• Inspect machinery regularly and report mechanical issues to the maintenance supervisor.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and spare parts properly.
• Follow safety procedures while performing maintenance and repair activities.
• Coordinate with production and maintenance teams to resolve machine-related problems.

Educational Qualification

• ITI in Fitter / Mechanical Trade preferred.

Experience

• 1–5 years of experience in industrial mechanical maintenance preferred.
• Experience in textile, recycling, or manufacturing industries will be an advantage.

Required Skills

• Knowledge of mechanical tools and fitting techniques.
• Ability to read basic mechanical drawings.
• Knowledge of bearings, gearboxes, motors, pumps, belts, and conveyors.
• Troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and breakdown repairs.
• Knowledge of industrial safety practices.

Key Requirements

• Physically fit for industrial maintenance work.
• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
• Ability to work in a team and respond to urgent breakdowns.

Pay: ₹21,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
