Maintenance Fitter

Turner Talent is seeking an experienced, trade-qualified Maintenance Fitter to join a well-established and growing manufacturing business based in Hendra.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled tradesperson who enjoys hands-on maintenance, mechanical fault finding and working in a fast-paced industrial environment.

What's on Offer

• $50–$55 per hour during the initial labour-hire period.
• $50–$52 per hour upon transitioning to permanent full-time employment.
• Consistent day shift, 6am–2pm, with overtime available.

About the Role

• Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance across industrial plant and equipment.
• Diagnose and rectify mechanical faults to minimise operational downtime.
• Carry out inspections, servicing and repairs to ensure equipment reliability.
• Identify opportunities to improve maintenance practices and operational efficiency.
• Work collaboratively with site personnel to maintain a safe and productive workplace.

What We're Looking For

• Trade-qualified Mechanical Fitter or equivalent.
• Previous maintenance experience within manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Strong mechanical fault-finding, troubleshooting and repair capabilities.
• Ability to work independently and prioritise maintenance requirements.
• A reliable, safety-focused attitude and commitment to quality workmanship.
