Maintenance Handyman

HOA Management Specialists, LLC is looking for a dependable hardworking individual to complete our team. Pay begins at $22 per hour. Weekends and Holidays are required. This is for full time 40 hours per week. Tuesday - Saturday. Earned PTO. We are looking for a reliable Maintenance/Handyman to undertake, clean and upkeep the interior and exterior of our condominium common common premises. We’ll rely on you to keep our facilities in exceptional condition by doing various odd jobs. You must be well-organized and have exceptional time management skills. The right person will have experience in facilities custodial work, pool cleaning and chemical maintenance. This person must work well with others and be exceptional with prioritizing tasks. This person is responsible for daily testing and cleaning of pools. This person is responsible for building maintenance, repair and replace boards on boardwalks and at the marina, cleaning of common areas and be able to help with other departments as needed. This person will build relationships with vendors and work with them when necessary. This is highly customer service oriented with dealings with owners and rental guests. This person will take pride in the work he/she does and always strive to improve our facility. He will dress appropriately for the job while maintaining a kept appearance. Tardiness and absences are not tolerated. A good work history is required and must have references. This is a drug free workplace.

Responsibilities

• Keep a clean work area
• Perform maintenance
• Paint and fill gaps or crevices (on walls, sidewalks etc.)
• Pool vacuuming daily.
• Undertake duties as assigned and emergency tasks
• Identify and report the need for major repairs
• Walk the buildings daily looking for needed maintenance
• Walk the buildings daily doing preventative maintenance
• Keep trash and debris cleaned up from all areas
• Empty trash cans
• Clean out grills at the grilling area
• Spray off pool decks daily
• All other tasks given by the supervisor or community manager
• Complete a daily tasks list and do a weekly report

Skills

• Proven experience as a building maintenance handyman
• Attention to detail setting high standards for yourself

Pay: From $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40.0 per week
