Maintenance Head

Job Qualifications

• At least High School Graduate; technical/vocational course is an advantage.
• With at least 2–3 years of experience in maintenance, preferably in a restaurant, food service, or commercial establishment.
• With knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, air-conditioning, and general repairs.
• Experience in supervising or leading a maintenance team.
• Able to troubleshoot and respond to equipment and facility issues.
• Knowledge of preventive maintenance procedures and basic safety standards.
• Good problem-solving and organizational skills.
• Physically fit and willing to perform hands-on maintenance work when needed.
• Willing to conduct regular inspections of restaurant facilities and equipment.
• Willing to work on weekends, holidays, and shifting schedules when required.
• Must be reliable, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision.
