About the role
We're looking for a hands-on engineering professional who can lead a team, troubleshoot equipment, drive preventive maintenance, and improve plant reliability.
Key responsibilities
- Lead maintenance and troubleshooting activities
- Manage preventive and corrective maintenance programs
- Support automation and improvement projects
- Oversee plant facilities and equipment reliability
- Ensure safety, SOP, and maintenance compliance
- Lead, schedule, and develop the maintenance team
- Prepare accurate technical reports and maintenance records
About you
- Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
- 2–3+ years relevant maintenance experience, preferably with supervisory exposure in food manufacturing
- Strong troubleshooting and technical skills
- Leadership, planning, and resource management skills
- Problem-solving mindset and commitment to continuous improvement
