Maintenance Helper

Overview

College Park Apartments is seeking a dependable, hardworking, and motivated Part-time Maintenance Helper to assist with the daily upkeep and maintenance of our apartment community.

The ideal candidate will assist with basic maintenance tasks, minor repairs, apartment preparation, and general property upkeep.

Applicants should have basic knowledge of general maintenance, including plumbing, electrical, painting, and minor repairs. The ability to follow instructions, work independently when needed, and maintain a professional attitude with residents and staff is important.

• Willingness to learn and assist with various tasks
• Ability to work well with management and residents

Pay: From $15.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 24.0 per week
