Maintenance / HVAC Technician

Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our facilities through effective maintenance and repair work. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer service. The Maintenance Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the functionality and appearance of our residential properties.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance tasks on various systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC.
• Conduct inspections to identify potential issues and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Fabricate and install components as needed to support maintenance projects.
• Will use a variety of power tools and hand tools to make necessary repair to the facility and its equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to prioritize and address maintenance requests efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to tenant inquiries and concerns.

Skills

• Excellent customer service skills to foster positive relationships with co-workers.
• Proficiency in electrical systems, facilities maintenance, and general repair techniques.
• Experience in residential painting and fabrication tasks is preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English, both verbally and in writing.
• Strong logical reasoning skills for troubleshooting complex issues.
• Preference given to candidates with previous HVAC experience. HVAC certification is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $26.00 per hour
