Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and facilities through effective maintenance and repair practices. The Maintenance Person will play a crucial role in maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency while providing excellent customer service.

Responsibilities

• Fabricate and maintain various mechanical components and systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance on equipment to identify potential issues before they escalate.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems as needed.
• Utilize CMMS for tracking maintenance activities, inventory management, and reporting issues.
• Read and interpret schematics to assist in diagnosing problems with machinery.
• Operate logic controllers for automated systems, ensuring they function correctly.
• Weld components as necessary to repair or fabricate parts.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols.
• Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to maintenance requests from staff or clients.
• Collaborate with team members to lead projects or initiatives aimed at improving facility operations.

Qualifications

• HVAC, Boiler, and Electrical Experience Required; Tradesman License Preferred
• Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in maintenance roles.
• Proficiency in reading schematics and technical drawings.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• A proactive attitude towards problem-solving and continuous improvement in maintenance practices.
• Experience with logic controllers and basic programming is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $24.57 - $34.22 per hour
