Maintenance III – Districtwide

High school diploma or equivalent required

Criminal History Record Check (CHRC) required

• Must have knowledge of building trades
• Must have experience as a skilled maintenance person
• Must demonstrate ability to organize work assignments and work independently
• Must have the physical ability to perform full range of maintenance assignments, including heavy lifting, and climbing to the heights of any Bangor school building
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials in a safe manner
• Must be willing to become familiar with school department fire alarms, sprinkler system, security system, and phone systems to allow for basic repairs

Maintenance III salary range: $23.71- $28.79
