What will you do?

Improve and implement a standard preventive maintenance document that establishes clear and consistent procedures for the execution, monitoring, and control of preventive maintenance activities, ensuring consistent and efficient execution.

Leadership, preventive maintenance experience, technical knowledge, analytical skills, a continuous improvement mindset, change management capabilities, and strong communication skills to train, align, and engage personnel with the new work standards.

Who will you report to?

This position is part of a specialized technical team led by the Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) Engineer, with a focus on process standardization, equipment reliability, and operational excellence.

What qualifications will make you successful for this role?

• Knowledge of preventive maintenance methodologies, team leadership, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, a continuous improvement mindset, effective communication skills, and experience in the standardization of operational processes.
• Active student of mechatronic/maintenance or related graduating in December 2027 or later
• Availability in the mornings
• Intermmediate english
