Join MayAir Group as a Maintenance Intern and gain hands-on experience in manufacturing plant maintenance, preventive maintenance, equipment troubleshooting, and industrial facilities management. You will work alongside experienced maintenance engineers and technicians while developing practical technical skills in a manufacturing environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Gain exposure to daily maintenance operations in a manufacturing plant.
• Assist with scheduled preventive maintenance of production machinery, industrial equipment, and facilities.
• Work alongside maintenance engineers and technicians to identify equipment abnormalities and potential faults.
• Assist with troubleshooting, minor repairs, component replacement, lubrication, cleaning, and equipment adjustments under supervision.
• Assist in recording and reporting maintenance activities, equipment downtime, spare parts usage, equipment abnormalities, and potential safety hazards.
• Support inventory checks, organize maintenance tools, consumables, and spare parts, and update inventory records.
• Perform other maintenance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

What You’ll Need

Must Have

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Maintenance, or a related technical discipline.
• Basic knowledge in automation system and Microsoft Office

Good to Have

• Possession of own transportation is an added advantage.
• Ability to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia, English and Mandarin, both spoken and written.
