• Site Preparation: Clean work sites, remove debris, dig trenches, and grade or compact earth.
• Material Handling: Load, unload, and transport heavy construction materials or supplies.
• Trade Support: Assist carpenters, plumbers, electricians, or masons with everyday tasks.
• Equipment Operation: Use hand tools, power tools, and basic heavy machinery safely.
• Safety Compliance: Wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) and follow safety regulations. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
• Assist maintenance technicians and supervisors with general maintenance and repair work.
• Perform basic building maintenance, including minor repairs, painting, patching, and replacing fixtures.
• Assist with plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and mechanical maintenance tasks as required.
• Carry, load, unload, and move tools, equipment, materials, and supplies safely.
• Keep maintenance areas, tools, and equipment clean, organized, and in good condition.
• Assist with preventive maintenance and routine inspections of buildings, equipment, and facilities.
• Report damaged equipment, maintenance issues, safety hazards, or required repairs to the supervisor.
• Support technicians during maintenance, installation, dismantling, and repair activities.
• Follow instructions, workplace procedures, and health and safety requirements at all times.
• Use hand tools and basic equipment safely and correctly.
• Assist with cleaning, waste removal, and general housekeeping around maintenance areas.
• Perform other general maintenance and labour duties as assigned by the supervisor.
• Work effectively as part of a maintenance team and maintain a professional attitude.

Pay: From AED2,500.00 per month
