Maintenance Lead

About the role:

We are seeking a high-potential Maintenance Lead to join our factory team.

The successful candidate will coach and develop the maintenance capabilities of the teams by serving as a technical coach and resource. This role involves spending time on the factory floor gathering information on breakdowns, defects, and work order completion over the past 24 hours. The Maintenance Lead will work with the COE to continuously improve routes and action plans surrounding CBM, as well as the content and standardization of the Bill of Materials (BOM). The role also involves working with the COE to continuously improve PM work instructions, task lists, checklists, maintenance planning, scheduling and kitting strategies, and ordering parts as necessary to support maintenance activities.

What are you going to do?

• Perform all aspects of mechanical, electrical, and preventive maintenance on various high-speed and packaging machinery;
• Troubleshoot;
• Read electrical prints and perform basic wiring up to 480 volts;
• Prioritize PM and AM activities according to the weekly schedule;
• Understand principle-centered coaching, leadership, and humble questioning;
• Coach and qualify employees on aspects of AM and PM activities within the process;
• Actively participate in team goal setting and implementation to ensure that we are a low-cost, high-quality producer;
• Ensure the quality of our products and workplace by following all procedures and guidelines;
• Comply with all established GMP and HACCP guidelines, housekeeping responsibilities, and Quality KHMS operating procedures;
• Demonstrate flexibility to occasionally adjust your schedule to work with employees from all shifts, as required.

What are we looking for?

• Ability to work as a team member to solve problems;
• Proficiency in Dutch and English;
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with colleagues;
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word;
• Technical schooling/training required;
• 5+ years of technical/maintenance experience required.
