We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Reliability Manager to lead maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, and develop a high-performing maintenance organization. This role oversees a team of 50+ maintenance professionals , including 7 direct reports , and plays a key role in driving plant performance, uptime, and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance and reliability activities for a large manufacturing facility.
• Develop, implement, and continuously improve preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Drive equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and improve overall plant performance.
• Lead machine process improvement and maintenance-related capital projects.
• Coach, mentor, and develop a team of 50+ maintenance professionals.
• Manage maintenance planning, scheduling, and execution.
• Oversee CMMS utilization, spare parts inventory, and maintenance budgets.
• Partner with Engineering, Operations, and Production to improve equipment performance.
• Utilize Root Cause Analysis (RCA), TPM, Lean Manufacturing, and reliability best practices.
• Build a culture focused on safety, accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required (Bachelor's preferred).
• 5+ years of maintenance leadership experience in manufacturing.
• Experience leading large maintenance organizations (50+ employees preferred).
• Proven success implementing and improving Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Predictive Maintenance (PdM) programs.
• Strong experience with:
• Industrial Maintenance
• Reliability Engineering
• CMMS
• Spare Parts Inventory
• Project Management
• Continuous Improvement
• Experience in consumer products , high-speed manufacturing , paper , packaging , converting , tissue , or similar process manufacturing environments preferred.
• Hands-on leader with excellent coaching, mentoring, and team development skills.
• Experience in maintenance management (not facilities management).
