Salary: Approximately BHD 1,800–3,000 per month
Job Description:
Seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations, improve equipment reliability, optimize maintenance strategies, and drive operational excellence across manufacturing facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Improve equipment reliability and reduce downtime.
- Plan and schedule planned and corrective maintenance activities.
- Analyze equipment failures and implement corrective actions.
- Monitor maintenance KPIs, costs, and operational performance.
- Lead maintenance teams and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of relevant maintenance experience.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial equipment, or production environments.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Pay: BD1,800.000 - BD3,000.000 per month
Work Location: Hybrid remote in Bahrain
