Maintenance Manager

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a comprehensive maintenance strategy aligned with the company's overall business objectives
• Oversee routine maintenance tasks and carry out quality inspections on maintenance work
• Oversee outsourced maintenance team and ensure quality of work in line with company standards
• Work with vendors for repairs and warranties, ensuring quality and safety standards
• Create and implement maintenance guidelines and protocols to ensure work quality
• Responsible to provide ongoing training and performance evaluations with internal team and external service providers
• Performs other ad hoc duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Maintenance Management, or a related field
• 7-10 years of experience in maintenance management, working experience in EV charging or a related industry will be an advantage
• Possession of an Engineering Profession Control Committee (EPC) certificate in Electronics is an advantage.
• Strong technical troubleshooting skills
• Excellent leadership skills and good coordination skills
• Knowledge of local safety and compliance regulations
• Excellent communication and vendor management skills
• Good communication in English skills in global work's environment
• Proficient in MS Office including Word, Excel
• Relevant certifications or licenses are preferred
• Willing to travel to various countries in Thailand
• Less experience will be considered as Assistant Maintenance Manager
