Maintenance Manager

• Manage all maintenance activities and daily facility operations.
• Supervise electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and elevator maintenance.
• Oversee landscaping, irrigation, swimming pools, and fountains.
• Manage cleaning operations, including post-construction deep cleaning.
• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans.
• Monitor breakdowns, emergency maintenance, and response times.
• Lead maintenance technicians, supervisors, cleaners, and service teams.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, suppliers, and service providers.
• Conduct regular site inspections and ensure maintenance quality.
• Monitor maintenance schedules, spare parts, tools, and materials.
• Ensure compliance with safety requirements and company procedures.
• Prepare maintenance reports, schedules, and performance updates.
• Identify recurring problems and implement effective corrective solutions.
• Ensure the site is ready for operation and maintained to required standards.

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent knowledge of building maintenance and facility operations.
• Strong technical knowledge of Electrical, Plumbing, HVAC, Elevators, Pools, Fountains, and Landscaping.
• Experienced in preventive and corrective maintenance.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to manage maintenance teams, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Good planning, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to handle emergency breakdowns and work under pressure.
• Strong communication and coordination skills.
• High attention to detail and commitment to quality and safety.
• Proactive, responsible, and results-oriented.
• Previous experience in Saudi Arabia is preferred.
• Good command of English.
