Core Responsibilities
- Preventive Maintenance: Design and run proactive upkeep schedules to stop equipment failures before they happen.
- Team Leadership: Hire, train, supervise, and evaluate maintenance workers and outside contractors.
- Budget Control: Track repair costs, forecast inventory needs, and buy spare parts within budget limits.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce workplace safety laws and environmental rules to keep sites hazard-free.
- Operations Support: Respond to urgent equipment breakdowns and fix operational bottlenecks quickly.
Key Requirements
- Education: High school diploma with technical certifications, or a Bachelor's degree in engineering or facility management.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of hands-on technical work plus 2 years in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Strong grasp of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems; familiarity with a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
- Soft Skills: Clear communication, problem-solving under pressure, and strong organizational skills
- Language: Chinese speaking is required.
