Maintenance Manager

Roles and Responsibilities :

• Manage the maintenance team to ensure efficient equipment operation and minimize downtime.
• Conduct regular inspections of refrigeration systems, cold chain equipment, and other machinery to identify potential issues.
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules to reduce breakdowns and extend equipment lifespan.
• Collaborate with production teams to optimize plant operations and improve overall efficiency.

Job Requirements :

• 7-15 years of experience in food processing industry with expertise in equipment maintenance, particularly refrigeration systems.
• Strong knowledge of cold chain management principles and practices.
• Proven track record in managing a team responsible for maintaining complex industrial equipment.
