Maintenance Manager

About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations for our quarry, crushing plant, and dolomite processing facilities.

The successful candidate will be responsible for preventive and corrective maintenance management, equipment reliability improvement, maintenance planning, and spare parts control to ensure smooth production operations, minimize downtime, and maintain high safety standards.

This position is ideal for maintenance professionals with strong engineering, troubleshooting, and industrial plant maintenance experience in heavy industry or process manufacturing environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and control Preventive Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance activities for machinery and equipment within quarry, crushing plant, and dolomite processing operations
• Analyze machinery failures, identify root causes, and implement corrective and preventive actions to prevent recurrence
• Supervise and monitor maintenance, mechanical systems, and related plant equipment
• Plan spare parts utilization and coordinate with related departments to ensure maintenance activities are completed according to schedule
• Support machinery performance improvement initiatives to reduce downtime and increase equipment reliability
• Prepare, analyze, and monitor maintenance data, reports, and related maintenance KPIs
• Improve maintenance procedures and operational efficiency to support continuous production performance
• Coordinate with operations teams to ensure equipment availability and operational readiness
• Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety, environmental, and operational standards

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering , Electrical Engineering, Control Engineering, Mechatronics Engineering, or related fields.
• Proven experience in maintenance operations within industrial plants, process plants, manufacturing, quarry, mining, or crushing plant environments
• Ability to analyze equipment failures and solve engineering-related maintenance problems effectively
• Strong maintenance planning, scheduling, and field supervision skills
• Experience in preventive maintenance systems and maintenance reliability improvement
• Strong leadership, analytical thinking, and problem-solving capabilities
• Good coordination and communication skills
• Knowledge of safety, environmental, and industrial maintenance standards

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in quarry, crushing plant, cement, mining, or heavy industrial operations
• Familiarity with maintenance KPI monitoring and reliability improvement programs
• Experience managing maintenance teams and contractors
