Maintenance Manager

Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and highly skilled Maintenance Manager to lead our facilities maintenance operations with energy and precision. In this pivotal role, you will oversee the maintenance, repair, and optimization of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems across our facilities. Duties

• Lead and supervise the facilities maintenance team, managing daily operations and fostering a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
• Develop, implement, and oversee maintenance repair procedures for mechanical systems, electrical systems (including high voltage and low voltage), HVAC systems, plumbing, and other facility infrastructure.
• Utilize Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to schedule preventive maintenance, track work orders, and analyze maintenance data for ongoing process improvements.
• Troubleshoot engineering issues using schematics, electrical testing tools such as ohmmeters, and mechanical troubleshooting techniques to diagnose faults accurately.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA safety regulations by conducting regular safety audits, training staff on proper procedures, and maintaining a safe working environment.
• Manage projects related to facilities upgrades or repairs by coordinating resources, timelines, and budgets while adhering to safety standards.
• Oversee the management of facility systems using schematics and technical manuals; perform HVAC system repairs and mechanical systems repair as needed.
• Conduct inspections of electrical systems—both high voltage and low voltage—and plumbing systems to ensure operational integrity.
• Maintain detailed records of maintenance activities, inspections, safety compliance reports, and equipment performance for audit purposes.

Requirements

• Proven management experience in industrial maintenance or facilities management with a strong background in supervising teams.
• Extensive knowledge of mechanical systems repair, electrical systems (including high voltage), HVAC system repair, plumbing system maintenance, and industrial maintenance practices.
• Hands-on experience with programmable logic controllers (PLCs), schematics interpretation, Ohmmeters, and engineering troubleshooting techniques.
• Familiarity with OSHA safety regulations and best practices for maintaining a safe work environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications for reporting, documentation, and communication purposes.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate multiple tasks effectively while managing resources efficiently.
• Excellent leadership qualities with the ability to motivate teams and manage facilities maintenance teams confidently.
• Knowledge of CMMS platforms for work order management and data analysis is highly desirable.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English; strong written and verbal skills are essential for training staff and documenting procedures.

Pay: $77,732.18 - $93,612.95 per year
