PCO & SAFETY OFFICER
Review and improve existing policies and procedures
Plan and implement OHS policies and programs
Advise and lead employees on various safety-related topics
Conduct risk assessment
Enforce preventative measures
Process building permits, discharging permits, permit to operate and other necessary documents
Resolving and preventing issues with DENR
Oversees and coordinates all property and building maintenance, ensuring that maintenance requirements and requests are completed
Regular inspect building structures and properties to identify defective components to ensure any potential hazards are corrected, repaired or eliminated.
Ensures surrounding areas are up to safety and health standards (water, air, and etc.)
Identify hazardous waste and disposing of it correctly
Compile and maintain relevant registers to ensure compliance

MAINTENANCE MANAGER

• Develop maintenance procedures and ensure implementation applicable to SETIR operations.

• Carry out inspections of the facilities to identify and resolve issues concerning guests villas and internal concerns.

• Check electrical and hydraulic systems of all facilities ensure functionality in the island .

• Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities .

• Allocate workload ( job orders ) and supervise upkeep staffs ( maintenance team ) .

• Balances manning and ensure all areas are covered both morning nightshifts ( roster )

• Monitor equipment inventory and place orders when necessary ( purchase requests / PR’s ).

• Monitor expenses and control the budget for maintenance .

• Manage relationships with contractors and service providers .

• Keep maintenance logs and report on daily activities, updates and deadlines .

• Ensure health and safety policies are complied with for the safety of maintenance team, all departments and guests .

• Investigate and come up with the rightful conclusion on scenarios related to maintenance concerns.

• A leader who sets up example by abiding company policies / code of conduct, resort / product familiarization and fair judgement with his team members.
