- Centralize planning and monitoring of maintenance operations across all locations
- Manage daily complaints and conduct monthly performance reviews
- Own preventive-maintenance planning and ensure compliance
- Govern vendors, monitor SLAs, and coordinate commercial terms
- Implement SOPs and standardize maintenance practices across regions
- Coordinate with Regional Managers and track regional performance
- Support equipment-reliability initiatives to improve uptime
