Maintenance Manager

About the role

Plan and control maintenance of machinery, equipment, and facilities to ensure operational readiness. Inspect and analyse machinery problems and implement corrective actions to prevent production disruptions. Establish maintenance work standards and prepare maintenance manuals. Manage maintenance budgets and monitor budget usage for efficiency. Plan and prepare adequate spare parts inventory. Oversee electrical, water, air, chiller, and other machinery systems. Supervise external contractors performing maintenance work. Manage the maintenance team. Coordinate with production and relevant departments to schedule maintenance aligned with production needs. Create databases and maintain records of machinery and equipment maintenance history. Oversee safety and environmental measures in maintenance work.

About you

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
• Minimum 1-3 years of work experience
• Proficiency in parison programming (essential)
• Skills in planning, problem-solving, and management
• Ability to work effectively as a team
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), Google Form, AI, Zoom, or online meeting platforms
• Leadership qualities, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work under pressure
• Good interpersonal skills, honesty, diligence, and patience
• Ability to communicate in English for work purposes
