SJ Mobilita is hiring an experienced Maintenance Manager for a growing manufacturing organization. We are looking for a hands-on maintenance leader who can manage the maintenance team, improve equipment reliability, reduce downtime, and ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop maintenance technicians and support staff.
• Plan and manage preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs.
• Oversee maintenance of production machinery, utilities, facility systems, and supporting equipment.
• Identify recurring equipment issues and drive root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective actions.
• Develop maintenance schedules aligned with production requirements.
• Manage CMMS, work orders, maintenance records, and spare-parts inventory .
• Track key maintenance KPIs such as downtime, response time, PM completion, and equipment reliability.
• Coordinate equipment installations, upgrades, repairs, and capital improvement projects.
• Manage external contractors, equipment suppliers, and service providers.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, LOTO, safety, environmental, and applicable regulatory requirements .
• Support Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, and cost-reduction initiatives.
• Prepare and manage maintenance operating and capital budgets.
• Collaborate closely with Production, Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams.
• Provide hands-on technical support for complex equipment failures when required.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Industrial Technology, Facilities Management, or a related field preferred.
• 5+ years of industrial/manufacturing maintenance experience .
• Previous maintenance leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Strong knowledge of preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
• Hands-on troubleshooting experience with:
• Mechanical systems
• Electrical systems
• Hydraulic and pneumatic systems
• Automated equipment
• Experience with PLC-controlled machinery and industrial controls .
• Familiarity with HVAC, compressors, boilers, and other facility systems preferred.
• Experience using a CMMS or maintenance-management system .
• Strong leadership, communication, planning, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Working knowledge of OSHA standards, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and industrial safety practices .

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume manufacturing environment .
• Lean Manufacturing / Six Sigma / Continuous Improvement experience.
• CMRP or similar maintenance/reliability certification.
• Experience managing capital projects and equipment installations .
