Maintenance Manager

Description of the position To strengthen our Maintenance team, we are looking for a Maintenance Manager (M/F) responsible for ensuring and guaranteeing the availability, reliability, safety, and performance of industrial equipment at our Settat site by organizing and managing all preventive, corrective, and improvement maintenance activities. The Maintenance Manager is also responsible for the technical preparation of the plant start-up and actively participates in the assembly, testing, commissioning, and acceptance of new installations, in collaboration with suppliers. His/her main objective is to minimize production downtime, control maintenance costs, and develop the technical autonomy of the local team.

Main responsibilities

• Manage mechanical, electrical, and automation maintenance.
• Organize preventive and corrective maintenance and reduce production downtime.
• Actively participate in the assembly, testing, commissioning, and acceptance of new lines.
• Ensure the technical monitoring of stratification lines, presses, hydraulic systems, thermal systems, and automation.
• Work in close collaboration with suppliers and external supplier teams responsible for assembly.
• Organize skills transfer and develop the autonomy of the local team.
• Implement the preventive maintenance plan, spare parts management, and automaton program backups.
• Monitor maintenance KPIs: MTBF, MTTR, availability, downtime, costs, and preventive maintenance completion rate.
• Ensure strict compliance with HSE rules during interventions.

Profile

• Bac+3 to Bac+5 in industrial maintenance, electromechanics, automation, or industrial engineering.
• 5 to 7 years of experience in industrial maintenance, ideally with initial management experience.
• Proficiency in English, both oral and written, essential for communicating with suppliers and international technical teams.
• Solid skills in mechanics, electricity, and automation.
• Experience in commissioning highly automated new installations is appreciated.
• Analytical mind, leadership, rigor, reactivity, and sense of priorities.
• Ability to work with international suppliers and read technical documents in English.
• A major challenge of the position: be present from the assembly phase to contribute to the acceptance of equipment, train the local team, and ensure its autonomy before production start-up.
