Maintenance Manager

About the role

Direct, control, integrate, and manage the various functions and activities of the maintenance department for the effective operation and maintenance of plant facilities. Overall responsibility in the maintenance of plant facilities, covering the following functional fields of discipline: Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, Instrumentation/Automation, Preventive Maintenance and SPS.

Key responsibilities

• Provide overall leadership to the maintenance team to ensure that all functions and activities are in line with the strategic plans of the organization
• Identify through systematical TIS data analyses, assessments, and/or measurement areas for improvement in order to achieve the company's targeted KPIs
• Address maintenance needs and gaps of the Plant
• Translate overall plant strategies to respective plans and programs for the maintenance units sections
• Ensure adherence to maintenance policies and guidelines aligned with global company's directives
• Set KPIs to control overall equipment availability and reliability
• Deliver established SLAs to clients
• Implement and manage maintenance programs and directives of the company in the department
• Manage all resources entrusted to the position and properly manage the operating cost and budget in maintaining the operating Line(s) facilities
• Manage and develop the people under the Maintenance Department to engage employees

About you

• B.S. Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronics Engineering graduate
• At least 10 years in Cement Operation
• At least 5 years in managerial capacity
• Professional licensed engineer
• Knowledge on Equipment Maintenance and servicing
• Knowledge on CIF
• Knowledge on PMRs
• Knowledge in equipment
• Knowledge in planning
• Knowledge in cement manufacturing process
