Agnora / West Coast Glass is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance operations in our manufacturing facility in Cerritos, CA. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for maximizing equipment reliability, reducing downtime, developing maintenance talent, and driving continuous improvement initiatives that support operational excellence.

What You'll Do

✅ Lead daily maintenance operations and prioritize work orders to support production goals.

✅ Drive preventive and predictive maintenance programs that improve equipment reliability and asset performance.

✅ Troubleshoot and oversee repairs of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated systems.

✅ Lead a team of maintenance technicians through coaching, training, accountability, and professional development.

✅ Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventory, vendor relationships, and capital improvement projects.

✅ Conduct root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions to reduce downtime and improve performance.

✅ Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, LOTO procedures, environmental requirements, and company safety standards.

✅ Partner with Production, Quality, Engineering, and Operations teams to achieve business objectives.

What We're Looking For

✔ 7+ years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment

✔ 3+ years of maintenance leadership or supervisory experience

✔ Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and automated equipment

✔ Experience with CMMS systems, maintenance planning, and reliability programs

✔ Proven success managing projects, budgets, vendors, and continuous improvement initiatives

✔ Glass manufacturing experience preferred

Pay: From $100,000.00 per year
