Maintenance Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong mechanical background and be proficient in interpreting schematics and working with power tools. This role involves fabricating components, ensuring quality standards are met, and collaborating with other team members to achieve production goals.

Duties/Qualifications

• Make walk throughs on buildings and determine what repairs are needed. Make what you are capable to do and source contractors if you are not able to make the repairs
• Perform maintenance of electrical systems (replace light bulbs and sockets, clean and repair circuit breaker panels etc.) Source contractors if necessary
• Maintain heating and plumbing systems to ensure functionality
• Inspect alarm systems (fire, protection) and schedule repairs when needed
• Perform manual repairs when necessary (fix locks, replace windows etc.)
• Undertake activities of pest control such as spraying insecticide
• Conduct general upkeep procedures (e.g. landscaping) and other tasks as assigned (painting, carpentry etc.)
• Proficiency in operating various hand and power tools.
• Ability to perform routine preventative maintenance and repairs on equipment and buildings.
• Willingness to adapt to changing priorities, schedules, and projects as needed.
