Maintenance Manager

Lead all maintenance activities across the pasta manufacturing facility to ensure maximum equipment availability and reliability.

Develop and execute preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance strategies aligned with business objectives.

Drive TPM implementation and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance operational performance and asset utilization.

Ensure efficient planning and execution of maintenance schedules while minimizing production interruptions.

Monitor and improve key maintenance KPIs, including equipment uptime, OEE, MTBF, MTTR, and maintenance costs.

Lead root cause analysis investigations and implement sustainable corrective actions to eliminate recurring failures.

Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts inventories, and external service providers to optimize cost and performance.

Partner closely with Production, Quality, Supply Chain, and HSE teams to achieve plant performance targets.

Identify and lead equipment upgrade, automation, and capital improvement projects.

Promote a strong safety culture and ensure full compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.

Build, coach, and develop a high-performing maintenance team through effective leadership, performance management, and capability development.

Bachelor's degree in engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, or related discipline).

Minimum 10 years of maintenance experience within FMCG manufacturing or a large-scale industrial organization.

Proven experience in a Maintenance Manager or similar leadership role.

Demonstrated success in implementing and sustaining TPM methodologies.

Strong understanding of maintenance excellence, reliability engineering, and asset management practices.

Experience managing maintenance teams within a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
