Job Description

New Era Industries is looking for an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee the maintenance of factory machinery and industrial equipment, ensuring smooth operations, minimum breakdowns, and maximum equipment efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise preventive and breakdown maintenance of factory machinery and equipment.
• Oversee both mechanical and electrical maintenance activities.
• Diagnose equipment problems and ensure timely repairs to minimize production downtime.
• Manage maintenance of industrial motors, electrical panels, inverters, solar systems, and other factory equipment.
• Supervise maintenance staff and coordinate with external technicians when required.
• Maintain equipment maintenance schedules, spare parts availability, and maintenance records.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure uninterrupted factory operations.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of relevant industrial equipment maintenance experience.
• Practical knowledge of mechanical and electrical maintenance in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience in troubleshooting industrial machinery and equipment.
• Knowledge of solar systems, inverters, and industrial electrical systems will be preferred.
• Ability to supervise maintenance teams and resolve machinery breakdowns.
• DAE / B.Tech / BE in Mechanical, Electrical, or relevant engineering discipline.
