Maintenance Manager

• Handle day-to-day maintenance activities and facility management.

• Ensure preventive maintenance and timely breakdown repairs.

• Manage electrical, plumbing, equipment, and infrastructure maintenance.

• Coordinate with vendors and service providers.

• Supervise maintenance staff and monitor work quality.

• Maintain maintenance records and control repair costs.

• Ensure safety standards and compliance.

-Technical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance.

-Good leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
