Maintenance Manager

Multi-Billion Dollar Manufacturing company located in the Battle Creek area is looking for a Maintenance Manager

JOB DUTIES

• Leads maintenance services, including preventative/predictive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and performance improvement for machinery/equipment to minimize downtime and achieve productivity goals.
• Give direction to the maintenance technical teams, ensuring effective distribution of work, timely completion of tasks, quality of work and safety standards/goals are met
• Manage the Work Order system and ensure accurate recording of work history on equipment and facility, including preventative/predictive, breakdown and projects.
• Performs project management duties, ensuring the project scope, goals and deliverables support the required outcome(s).
• Supports lean manufacturing initiatives with effective department performance and equipment oversight.

REQUIREMENTS

• 10+ years of manufacturing maintenance work experience
• 3+ years working as a Maintenance Manager
• Completion of advanced training in machine maintenance, including, Hydraulics/Pneumatics, Mechanical, Electrical, Automation, and CNC
