Position Summary

Senox is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to oversee all maintenance operations across multiple facilities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing large-scale maintenance teams, implementing CMMS solutions, and leading preventative maintenance programs to ensure operational efficiency and minimize downtime.

Primary Responsibilities

• Oversee all maintenance activities, including corrective, preventative, and predictive maintenance, across multiple facilities.
• Implement and manage CMMS software to streamline work order tracking, inventory management, and reporting.
• Develop and execute preventative maintenance schedules to extend equipment life and reduce unplanned outages.
• Lead and manage a cross-functional team of technicians, electricians, and mechanics, providing guidance, performance evaluations, and professional development opportunities.
• Coordinate with facility managers, operations teams, and external vendors to ensure alignment with business goals and compliance with safety regulations.
• Monitor and control maintenance budgets, ensuring cost-effective use of resources while maintaining high standards of equipment reliability.
• Troubleshoot complex equipment failures and lead root cause analysis to prevent recurring issues.

Skills and Requirements

• 10+ years of hands-on maintenance experience in industrial, manufacturing, or commercial settings.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing teams of technicians and mechanics.
• Proven expertise with CMMS systems and a track record of improving maintenance efficiency through technology.
• Strong scheduling and organizational skills to coordinate preventative maintenance across multiple facilities and shifts.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and foster collaboration among technicians, electricians, and mechanics.
• Certifications in maintenance management or relevant industry credentials preferred.
• Familiarity with OSHA, EPA, and other regulatory compliance standards.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and data analysis tools.
