Maintenance Manager

Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Maintenance Manager to lead our maintenance operations with a strong focus on safety, reliability, and continuous improvement. In this critical leadership role, that will oversee preventive and predictive maintenance programs, manage equipment and facility repairs, and ensure the optimal performance of all production assets. Expertise in maintenance planning, troubleshooting, and team development will help minimize downtime, improve operational efficiency, and support production goals. Responsibilities

• Lead all maintenance activities to maximize equipment availability and production efficiency.
• Provide coaching, training, and performance management.
• Enforce all safety policies and procedures, including Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), machine guarding, electrical safety, and confined space requirements.
• Prioritize maintenance work orders and coordinate repairs with production schedules.
• Analyze downtime trends and equipment failures.
• Work closely with Operations, Quality, Engineering, and Supply Chain teams to meet production targets.
• Manage spare parts inventories and maintenance supplies.
• Participate in equipment selection, installation, and commissioning.
• Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and customer-specific requirements.

Education

Minimum 5-7 years of maintenance leadership experience in an automotive manufacturing environment.

• Experience managing skilled trades and maintenance personnel.
• Strong knowledge of automated manufacturing equipment and industrial maintenance systems.
• Experience with equipment reliability programs and systems.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of:
• PLC troubleshooting
• Robotics (Fanuc, ABB, KUKA, or equivalent)
• Hydraulics and pneumatics
• Electrical systems
• Mechanical systems
• HVAC and facility maintenance
• Preventive and predictive maintenance methodologies
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and maintenance management software.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Strong leadership and team-building skills
• Effective communication and conflict-resolution abilities
• Knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory management
• Ability to analyze data and prepare reports
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Experience with WMS and ERP systems
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment

Pay: $120,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
