Maintenance Manager – Data Center

Anan Data Solutions is seeking an experienced Maintenance Manager to lead maintenance activities at our data center facility in Afula, ensuring the reliability, safety, and continuous availability of mission-critical infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead preventive and corrective maintenance activities for critical electrical, mechanical, cooling, and Building Management Systems (BMS).
• Develop and implement maintenance plans, procedures, and schedules using a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).
• Manage, supervise, and develop the technical maintenance team.
• Plan and oversee maintenance activities while ensuring operational continuity and minimizing downtime.
• Lead technical troubleshooting, incident response, root cause analysis, and corrective actions.
• Manage contractors, service providers, technical inventory, and spare parts.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, work permits, and approved maintenance procedures (SOPs, MOPs, and EOPs).
• Review technical drawings, maintenance documentation, and equipment performance.

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in electrical and mechanical infrastructure maintenance, including at least 3 years in a technical leadership role.
• Experience in mission-critical or high-availability facilities.
• Practical Engineer diploma or Engineering degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering.
• Strong technical knowledge of electrical systems, HVAC, and critical infrastructure.
• Experience with preventive maintenance planning and CMMS platforms.
• Familiarity with BMS and infrastructure monitoring systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documentation.
• Good technical English proficiency.
• Availability for 24/7 on-call emergency response.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in data center operations and maintenance.
• Valid electrician's license.
• Experience with liquid cooling systems.
• Manufacturer certifications for critical infrastructure equipment.
