• Follow up problem solving and open issues until fully resolved. 持续跟进现场问题及待办事项，直至全部闭环解决。
• Drive continuous improvement of Baggage Handling System performance. 负责行李处理系统（BHS）性能的持续优化与改进。
• Regularly submit weekly, monthly and quarterly KPI reports to customer and internal company. 定期向客户及公司提交周度、月度、季度KPI报表。
• Maintain streamlined communication with customer to ensure maximum operational synergy of Helixorter Sorter system at Xiamen Airport. 与客户保持高效对接，保障厦门机场螺旋分拣系统高效协同运行。
• Coordinate with Shanghai Service Center and Global Service Desk for on-site troubleshooting, root cause analysis, solution implementation and summary reporting. 对接上海服务中心及全球服务台，完成现场故障排查、根因分析、方案落地及总结汇报。
• Liaise with third-party suppliers for spare parts supply, equipment troubleshooting, health check and final solution implementation. 对接第三方供应商，完成备件供应、设备排故、状态巡检及最终方案落地。
• Take charge of budget and AR control, including cost management, contribution margin statistics, invoice issuance and payment status tracking. 负责预算及应收账款管控，包含成本、边际收益、发票及回款进度管理。
• Manage service team to support on-site maintenance staff development, motivation and performance improvement. 负责现场服务团队管理，推进人员培养、团队激励及绩效提升。
• Conduct comprehensive EHS management for site assets, personnel, operating environment and site security. 全面负责现场资产、人员、作业环境及场地安全的EHS管理工作。
• Support site service business development, cooperate with sales team on potential business exploration, solution proposal, quotation and order intake. 支持现场服务业务拓展，配合销售完成商机挖掘、方案输出、报价及订单跟进。 Setup Phase 项目筹备阶段
• Working period: October to December 2026 (probably extended to Q2 of 2027) 工作周期：2026年10月至12月（可能顺延至2027年第二季度）
• Responsible for organising all HSE related activities on site. 负责组织现场所有HSE健康、安全、环境相关工作与活动。
• Follow Service Contract Manager (SCM) instruction, cooperate with project team to complete STO (Service Take Over), including snag list tracking, EHS investigation and site base installation setup. 遵从服务合同经理安排，配合项目团队完成服务移交工作，包含问题清单跟进、EHS事件调查、现场设备基础搭建。
• Recruit site engineers focusing on control system and electromechanical device maintenance capabilities. 招聘现场工程师，重点筛选具备控制系统及机电设备运维能力的人员。
• Integrate external service resources arranged by SCM to deliver training and assessment for site team, to build team competence in BHS operation and Helixorter Sorter system maintenance. 整合SCM统筹的外部服务资源，为现场团队开展培训及考核，搭建团队BHS行李系统操作能力与螺旋分拣系统运维能力。 任职要求：
• Tertiary education in Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics or Automation related majors. 大专及以上学历，机械、电气、机电一体化、自动化相关专业。
• Minimum 6 years of experience in leading large on-site teams. 至少6年大型现场团队带队管理经验。
• Practical experience in project planning and coordination. 具备项目规划与统筹协调经验。
• Working experience in MHS / BHS material and baggage handling system projects. 具备物料输送系统、行李处理系统相关项目从业经验。
• Familiar with material handling systems and industrial transportation equipment. 熟悉物料输送系统及工业输送类设备。
• Possess commercial awareness and business sensitivity. 具备良好的商业意识与业务思维。
