Maintenance Manager/Site Superintendent

• Plan and supervise preventive, corrective, and routine maintenance of equipment, machinery, and facilities.
• Oversee daily site activities, ensuring work is completed safely, efficiently, and according to schedule.
• Supervise maintenance teams, contractors, and site personnel.
• Monitor equipment performance, troubleshoot breakdowns, and minimize operational downtime.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, permit-to-work procedures, and applicable regulations.
• Manage maintenance budgets, spare parts, tools, procurement, and inventory.
• Maintain maintenance records, site reports, inspection logs, and equipment documentation.
• Identify opportunities to improve equipment reliability, productivity, and cost efficiency.

Pay: ₦500,000.00 - ₦1,000,000.00 per month
