Maintenance Mechanic

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on mechanical systems including JCFord oven, LENIN oven and machinery, refrigeration equipment.
• Diagnose issues using schematics and technical manuals to identify root causes quickly and accurately.
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair various appliances and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Operate company vehicles safely to transport tools, parts, or equipment as needed for maintenance tasks.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex mechanical problems efficiently while maintaining high safety standards.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs, inspections, and maintenance activities for compliance and operational tracking.

Requirements

• Proven experience in appliance repair, service technician roles, or mechanical systems repair with a focus on industrial oven.
• Strong knowledge of schematics, oven system repair, refrigeration technology, and kitchen equipment maintenance.
• Ability to operate equipment repair tools and perform appliance installation confidently.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles safely.
• Excellent mechanical knowledge combined with leadership skills to guide junior team members when necessary.
• Customer service skills to communicate effectively with team members and clients about repairs or maintenance needs.

Pay: $20.00 - $27.00 per hour
