Overview: As a Maintenance Mechanic, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance and longevity of our vehicles and equipment. Your responsibilities will include conducting repairs, preventive maintenance, and utilizing cutting-edge technologies to diagnose and resolve issues promptly. Collaboration with the Shop Manager and adherence to safety protocols are essential for success in this role.

• Conduct timely repairs and preventive maintenance on vehicles and equipment, following specifications and utilizing OEM software, tools, and technologies.
• Install, replace, re-build, or repair parts and equipment to meet industry standards and customer satisfaction.
• Coordinate with the Shop Manager to schedule repairs and preventative maintenance, ensuring efficient workflow.
• Authorize or assist in scheduling dealer, shop, and field repairs while applying warranties appropriately.
• Demonstrate proficiency in using various tools required for vehicle repairs and maintenance.
• Utilize computer skills for diagnostic purposes and complete paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, complying with corporate and OSHA standards.
• Interpret failure modes through vehicle computer electronics systems to initiate or assign necessary repairs.
• Engage in physical activities such as walking, lifting, twisting, turning, and climbing a ladder.
• Possess a valid driver's license; CDL-A or B is a plus.
• Have 1+ years of experience in truck and/or trailer mechanics.
• Possess 1+ years of experience in Aluminum & Steel welding.
