Maintenance Mechanic

We're hiring a Maintenance Mechanic to help keep our production floor running smoothly. If you're the type of person who likes figuring out why a machine is acting up and getting it back online, this is a great fit. You'll work on everything from conveyors and pumps to PLC-controlled automated equipment, with a team that values your experience and gives you room to grow.

No two days are the same — one day you might be rebuilding a gearbox, the next you're troubleshooting a PLC fault or helping commission new equipment.

What You'll Do

• Keep production equipment, packaging machinery, conveyors, pumps, motors, and compressors running through preventive and hands-on repair work
• Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues using schematics, manuals, and PLC diagnostics
• Work on motors, starters, relays, sensors, control panels, PLCs, and VFDs
• Install and repair machine components — bearings, belts, chains, valves, pumps, and more
• Use tools like multimeters, clamp meters, and precision measuring equipment to catch problems early
• Jump in quickly when something breaks down, fix the root cause (not just the symptom), and log the work in our CMMS
• Share ideas for making equipment more reliable and the shop safer
• Pitch in on welding, fabrication, and new equipment installs

What You Bring

• 3+ years of hands-on industrial maintenance experience
• Comfortable troubleshooting both mechanical and electrical systems
• Can read schematics, wiring diagrams, and equipment manuals
• Experience with PLCs and VFDs (you don't need to be a programmer — just able to troubleshoot and interpret faults)
• A safety-first mindset and willingness to follow OSHA/LOTO procedures
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and move around a plant floor (standing, bending, climbing, occasional confined spaces)

Nice to have (not required): welding/fabrication experience, TIG/MIG, OSHA Safety Practices, HVAC, and electrical schematics.

Pay: $33.00 - $35.00 per hour
