Maintenance Messenger

The Maintenance Messenger is responsible for the timely canvassing, purchasing, pick up and delivery of spare parts, materials, documents and other maintenance-related requirements. The role ensures that all items are safely transported, accurately documented, and delivered on schedule while maintaining compliance with company policies and safety standards.

1. Canvass, purchase and pick up spare parts, tools, materials and other maintenance-related supplies from accredited suppliers.

2. Deliver and collect documents and other company items in a timely and accurate manner.

3. Verify the completeness and accuracy of all items and documents picked up and delivered.

4. Safely operate and maintain the assigned company motorcycle or vehicle in compliance with traffic laws and company policies.

5. Ensure the proper handling and safekeeping of company property, purchased items, cash advances and confidential documents while in transit.

6. Submit delivery and purchase documents, reports status of assigned tasks and promptly communicate any issues or delays to the immediate supervisor.

7. Follow company policies and safety regulations and perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

1. At least High school graduate or Senior High school graduate.

2. Experience as a messenger, courier, delivery personnel or in similar role is an advanrtage.

3. Familiar with Metro Manila routes particularly Manila and Binondo areas.

4. Must possess a valid driver's license appropriate for operating a motorcycle and/or light vehicle; with good driving record.

5. Physically fit, dependable, trustworthy and able to work independently.

6. Willing to render overtime and perform field work as required.
