KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Repair and maintain motors, conveyor systems, pneumatic tools, and production

machinery

• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and replace defective parts

• Inspect, align, adjust, and test machinery components

• Fabricate and machine parts for mill equipment

• Operate welders, grinders, drill presses, and lathes

• Perform preventative maintenance to minimize downtime

• Read and interpret manuals, diagrams, and specifications

• Follow company safety procedures and operational policies

QUALIFICATIONS

• 3–5 years of industrial maintenance or millwright experience

• Trade/vocational school preferred

• Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge

• Experience with hydraulics, pneumatics, welding, and machining preferred

• Sawmill experience is a plus

• Ability to prioritize work and respond quickly to maintenance needs

• Willingness to work overtime as needed

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods and lift up to 100 lbs

• Comfortable working in confined spaces, heights, loud/dusty environments, and

extreme temperatures

• Dependable, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and team-focused
