Responsibilities:

• Receive and oversee e-calls for ad-hoc repair works in catering stores
• Collaborate with technicians and operations to schedule in-house repair tasks
• Evaluate, assign, and oversee outsourced repair work to contractors
• Coordinate inspections with contractors to obtain repair work quotations and follow up on invoices and payments
• Perform on-site monitoring and spot checks of repair and preventive maintenance work executed by contractors

Requirements:

• Certificate or higher in a relevant engineering discipline

• Minimum of 3 years of relevant working experience, preferably in catering services

• Strong understanding of repair and maintenance processes

• Fluent in spoken and written Cantonese; proficiency in English is preferred
