Maintenance Officer

• Schedule and execute maintenance plans and programs using prepared detailed job plans, technical specifications, machinery history, parts and tools lists, and safety procedures in a very organized fashion for Geocycle.
• Conduct RCFA (Root Cause & Failure Analysis) and FMEA –Failure Mode & Effect Analysis of all equipment to ensure reliability and availability.
• Provide timely and accurate machine condition information by routinely collecting, interpreting, and analyzing machinery data in order to determine potential problems and prevent equipment breakdowns.
• Conduct active supervision of maintenance activities with adherence to personnel and equipment safety in line with HSE objectives.
• Provide the Platform Officer with relevant feedback from completed work orders for planning / scheduling improvement.

Requirements:

• Must be a Mechanical Engineering Graduate
• Must be a Registered Mechanical Engineer
• At least three (3) to five (5) years experience in maintenance field works in a manufacturing plant, two (2) years of which in supervisory capacity
• Must have experience in maintenance inspections, planning, maintenance execution, and maintenance budgeting and costing.
