Maintenance Officer

Heebee Coffee is looking for a hands-on and reliable Maintenance Officer to take care of repairs, maintenance, and upkeep of our café premises and facilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle day-to-day repair and maintenance of café premises, furniture, fixtures, doors, locks, flooring, etc.
• Attend to basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, painting, and general maintenance issues.
• Check and maintain ACs, refrigeration, kitchen equipment, lighting, water systems, and other facilities.
• Respond quickly to breakdowns and maintenance requests from café teams.
• Carry out regular preventive maintenance and identify potential problems before they become major issues.
• Coordinate and supervise external electricians, plumbers, AC technicians, equipment technicians, carpenters, and other contractors.
• Maintain records of repairs, servicing, expenses, and pending maintenance work.
• Travel between Heebee Coffee locations as required.
• Ensure all maintenance work is completed properly, safely, and on time.

Requirements

• Previous experience in maintenance, facility management, hotel, restaurant, café, or similar environment.
• Good practical knowledge of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and general repairs.
• Ability to troubleshoot problems and work independently.
• Reliable, punctual, and willing to respond to urgent maintenance issues when required.
• Valid driving licence.

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹24,000.00 per month
